Our My Experience Matters survey helps us to understand your experience of working at Hounslow.

We are asking you to complete this as we are committed to providing the best possible experience for you, and to make sure you can carry out your work on behalf of our residents as we build a fairer, more equal Borough.

Once we have the results of the survey, each Director will be develop an action plan for their Division. In addition the Corporate Leadership Team will develop an action plan for the whole organisation which will be shared with you at the Colleague Conference in November.

Our survey is being run by an independent organisation, the Real World Group. This means your responses are completely confidential and any information you share will be treated in total confidence.
