This is a new and exciting opportunity for us, and we have been able to secure the support of an external agency called the Real World Group who are experts in organisational effectiveness and improved outcomes. They have supported us in developing questions so we can assess our current position which will help us inform policy and strategy moving forward.

So we can understand where there are differences in experience between people based on who they are and where they work, we would appreciate it if you would answer the questions in the 'About you' section. However, if there are any questions that you would rather not answer, please select ‘prefer not to say’.

To help you feel confident that you can be honest about your responses, we guarantee that no individual responses will be seen by anyone within Lancashire County Council. All responses will be combined with at least 10 other people from the same group (e.g. directorate/service, or personal characteristic such as age) before they are shared in the report of the survey findings to protect your anonymity (Privacy Policy - Real World Group). Please be assured that any responses you provide cannot be linked to you as an individual and that you will not be individually identifiable from the survey findings.
